We provide Psychotherapy and Counselling for Children, adolescents, and adults. Our approach is client-centred, traima-informed, and tailored to your individual needs.

Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate alone. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns while developing insight, coping strategies, and resilience. 

Sessions are collaborative and guided at a pace that feels comfortable for you. 

We offer individual counselling for adults seeking support with life challenges, mental health concerns, trauma, stress, relationships, and personal growth. 

Sessions are client-focused and adaptable to your goals and circumstances. 

EAP and WorkCover clients are welcome.

Children and adolescents may struggle to express complx emotions or experiences. 

Therapy provides a safe, supportive environment to help young people process worries, behavioural challenges, trauma, family changes, school issues, or emotional difficulties. 

we support children and teens with a range of needs, including neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and stress. 

NDIS and early years funding are accepted.

Psych'd is a registered NDIS provider for:

NDIS Session Fee              $156.16 (GST Free)

Medicare

Psych'd does not provide services under Mental Health Care Plans.

As a gap fee is charged for consultations, sessions cannot be claimed through Medicare.
